Dickens on Film

I just returned from the wonderful screening of “Dickens on Film” as part of F.I.F.A. at the Grande Bibliotheque.  It was a fascinating hour-long film showing clips from a century’s worth of movie and T.V. footage.  It was informative, entertaining and Dickensian enough for the most avid fan!  It was paired with an excellent biography of Margaret Mitchell (of “Gone With the Wind” fame.)  Also present were Louise, Sylvia and John.  I distributed flyers about our group and hopefully stirred up a little interest in our Fellowship. It will be re-shown next Saturday at 9:00 P.M. See previous blog entry for details.
